I have since tried to activate the software using my email address and password but the system states:.

I have the same problem. I had to create two accounts my personal Email as well as my business Email as I was receiving errors and system problems similar to what “: lucetteguzdar ” mentioned. After installation, during activation, it states this email is not associated with this office product. I swapped my accounts many times, but still it is not successful.
